Engage

Have the kids look in a box that is empty. Close the box and slip in items. Open it again and remind the kids that God made the world.

Craft

Materials Needed

  • Plain office/printer paper (A4 or Letter size)

  • Scissors

  • Markers, crayons, or colored pencils

  • Optional: stickers or glitter for decoration

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Fold the Paper

    • Fold the sheet of paper in half to make a card.

  2. Cut Out a Shape

    • On the front half, draw a simple cloud shape.

      Carefully cut out the shape so it becomes a window.

  3. Write the Verse

    • Inside the card, write Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.


    • Encourage children to use colorful markers to make the verse stand out.

  4. Decorate inside the Card

    • Add stars, around the verse and cutout, to represent God’s promises being true even when we can’t see them.

    • Children can personalize it with their names inside
