Materials Needed
1 piece of yellow or gold construction paper (for the crown band)
1 piece of white paper (for the interactive choice dial)
1 brass fastener (brad) or a small piece of yarn
Markers, crayons, or colored pencils
Safety scissors
Glue stick or tape
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Place your yellow construction paper flat on the table horizontally (the wide way).
Step 2: Use your safety scissors to cut the construction paper lengthwise into two long, equal strips.
Step 3: Use a glue stick or tape to connect the two strips together at one short end to make one extra-long paper strip.
Step 4: Use a marker to draw a zigzag line along the top edge of the entire long strip to form the peaks of a royal crown.
Step 5: Use your safety scissors to carefully cut along your zigzag line to complete the crown shape.
Step 6: In the exact center of the crown band, use a bright marker to draw an arrow pointing to the right, and inside the arrow, write the memory verse clearly: "Proverbs 9:10".
Step 7: On your piece of white paper, draw a medium-sized circle and carefully cut it out to create a choice wheel.
Step 8: Divide the circle in half with a line; on the top half draw a happy face labeled "GOD'S WAY" and on the bottom half draw a thinking face labeled "ASK GOD".
Step 9: Attach the center of the choice wheel to the right side of your crown using a brass fastener (or thread a piece of yarn through and tie a knot) so the wheel can spin freely.
Step 10: Wrap the crown around your head to measure the size, tape the open ends securely together, and spin your wheel to remind you to always ask God for wisdom!
